Dr. Carmen M. Wagner, President of Strategic Compliance International Inc, and a Phi Kappa Phi member since 1981, was selected by the Parenteral Drug Association (PDA), of Bethesda, Maryland, to direct the (PDA) Regulatory Compliance School for the Italian Inspectorate being held in Rome, Italy. The PDA course started in February with Module 1, on Good Manufacturing Practices: An Introductory Survey of Current Expectations and Issues, and is scheduled to run until December, 2003. Dr. Wagner is working closely with Italian government representatives and PDA to ensure the success of the project. As Dr. Wagner stated, "I am very pleased and honored to have been selected to direct this course. This is a great opportunity for me and for Strategic Compliance International, as we continue to build our presence outside the USA. My ability to communicate in Italian has definitely been a plus; it has helped build our rapport with the Italian team."
